How It Works

Reefer Bond is an advanced adhesive specially formulated for fast and effective aerosol spray application. Unlike other refrigerated trailer repair systems, Reefer Bond requires no special tools or equipment beyond what is provided in the kit. Just suit up in your PPE (personal protection equipment), and start spraying!

30 Minutes and 3 Steps to a New Reefer Liner

Step 1: Remove

Remove the damaged liner from the reefer trailer wall (FRP or similar surface). Also remove any debris or contaminates from the wall.

Step 2: Spray

Reefer Bond forms the tightest bond when both surfaces to be adhered are sprayed. Spray Reefer Bond onto the new liner, and onto the bare wall. Wait just 2-4 minutes for the adhesive to become tacky.

Step 3: Press…and Go!

Now it’s time to press the new liner against the wall. It’s best to do this with at least 3-4 people present. An extended roller is best to smooth out any dimples in the reefer liner. Wait 5 – 10 minutes for the adhesive to become tacky and does not transfer to fingertips.
